Weather Policy

Walk Sacred is a rain-or-shine event. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizers' control that require postponement or rescheduling, all registered guests, vendors, and sponsors will be notified via email.

Tickets, vendor fees, and sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

Event Disclaimer

By attending Walk Sacred, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in an outdoor event and assume all risks associated with attendance and participation.

Attendees, vendors, and sponsors agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, hosts, volunteers, speakers, vendors, property owners, and affiliated parties from any liability for injuries, illnesses, losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the event.

The event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, vehicles, equipment, inventory, or belongings.

By attending this event, participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. Images and recordings may be used for future promotional, educational, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or additional permission.
